Installed, but only temporarily. A quick check of elevator mass balance indicates that I need to add some weight to the counterbalances. I had initially over-balanced the elevators to counteract the weight of the paint job. It wasn't enough. This little chore will delay the installation of the vertical fin and rudder.

While painting the roll bar, I also pulled the tailwheel assembly apart, blasted the parts to remove the white paint, primed and finished it with metallic gray and clear coat to match the rest of the belly.
