Se trata de un ser que custodia una fuente medicinal.
La "Lumia" es una criatura con pies de ganso, según unas tradiciones populares, o cola de serpiente, según otras. En realidad, un hada de los manantiales venerada entre los galaicos desde tiempo inmemorial.
