Inked and colored version of the Big Daddy and Little Sister sketch I did. This is still incomplete, I've working on a background for it!

A mother's day motorcycle ride with a friend led to a sketching day at several relaxing places! Just now getting to post these.
There was a huge mess in there, this was after cleaning up a litlte bit with the wire brush.
At a point there was so much dried ink that the ink drum had no clearance to rotate.
I followed a link on Pinterest to a video on making art tiles. The artist used smaller, scrabble like tiles. I didn't have any so broke into my stash of dominos. This was the second group I made up. Left out a step and they are not as busy, and maybe a bit too plain?

So I haven't done any art work for ages so I traded in my usual tools for some watercolours and ink. Unsurprisingly I pretty much suck at it. I am slowly improving but most of these are way off.
This one is too clean and neat. The leaves aren't shaded heavily enough. The skull could have been better too.
