I took a similar photo to this a few days ago and made a compete mess of it, so I tried again today. The only problem was finding the hawthorn berry that was tucked away in the greenery!

Even in the middle of experiencing the ongoing effects of unspeakable experiences, destruction, harm, devastation, disconnection, sadness and terror you still work hard to look for light and find some beauty. This certainly isn’t easy and it’s something you aren’t always capable of at all times. And it is courageous and admirable that in the middle of extreme difficulty you continue to grow as you practice searching for these glimmers of hope, not as a way to pretend everything is alright, but as a way to help yourself move through the unspeakable at a pace that is appropriate for you.

I generally don't take a photo of Shizandra in the middle of a photo or with the sun facing her. I usually put her in front of the sun to get those nice outlines around her fur. Today I did the opposite. I also added a Grunge background, something I rarely do.

ODC-Middle

We are finally cleaning up the rest of our moving boxes from our move here to Upstate, NY and Stu came across a camera bag and there was a very old Nikon 70-300 mm lens in the bag. The lens won't work on any of my cameras except my D750 full frame. It works great and it takes nice clear photos.

Heading back into the run.

The Bob Marley One Love Experience has made its debut in London’s iconic Saatchi Gallery for a limited ten-week exhibition. It showcases unseen Marley photographs, memorabilia, video and much more. The stand out hilights for me include the vinyl albums (of course), the One Love Forest and the Shakedown Studios. It's unmissable really. Eternally thankful to the Marley family and all the organisers. Cedella Marley, CEO of Bob Marley group of companies says “We’ve been wanting to launch a Bob Marley touring exhibit for many years and we’re thrilled to see it come to life and debut in London, which had a very special place in Daddy's heart.
