Her name was Julia Agrippina, and was the eldest daughter of Germanicus and Agrippina the Elder, Caligula's sister, Nero's mother. He contracted her third marriage with the emperor Claudius. Her identity as Agrippina Minor or Agrippina the Younger the is based primarily on the hairstyle, which consists of a central part and three parallel rows of spiral curls across the forehead and temples.
The signature of the sculptor engraved on the plinth reads:
«ΔΙΟΝΥΣΙΟΣ ΑΠΟΛΛΩΝΙΟΥ ΑΘΗΝΑΙΟΣ ΕΠΟΙΕΙ»
Dyonysious son of Apollonious the Athenian made this.
The statue was placed in the Metroon next to that of her husband and emperor Claudius

This is a scan of a picture taken in the early 80's of the Carthaginian II. It served as a whaling museum in Lahaina, Maui from 1973 to 2005 and due to the hull rusting out, was sunk and made into an artificial reef.
The pinhole pictures I took in March were the last I made, and the last time I was able to stand up. This is the first time I have stood without support for four months. (And yes, I'm standing on one leg, with the other foot just touching for stability, because these are the first days I can put any weight at all through my new hip. If that's not cause for celebration and a return to pinholery, I have no idea what is.)
And, in case you were wondering, the light ghost marks are my crutches: used to get into position, and then put out of shot. In a couple more months, I hope they will vanish entirely.
Like with all the balancing act pinhole photographs, the exposure is timed only by how long I am able to stand and hold a position.
