Arflex werkt al jaren samen met vooraanstaande designers. Voor de fauteuil Hug viel de keuze op het beroemde Zweedse trio Claesson Koivisto Rune. Zij namen de opdracht ruimer dan oorspronkelijk bedoeld. In plaats van één fauteuil ontwierpen zij er twee. Een hoge, privacy-biedende clubchair en een lagere, informele stoel. Beide hebben een eigenzinnig profiel. De mogelijkheden in kleuren en uitvoeringen zijn eindeloos groot.

the first saturday after june 30th is international free hugs day. get out get your hugs! better still get out there and give them!

i went to pitt street mall to get a hug from the original free hugs guy. he was not there but i did not let that stop me. i stayed for a couple of hours and gave out some free hugs of my own. i highly recommend it - it does good things to your soul!

My poster! This was one of the shortlisted designs in the Designboom "Love Your Earth" competition. I wish they didn't crop it so close at the top though, I would have liked more white space around the guy....
