This guy and his friends were giving away free hugs at the Pillow Fight. They were also singing songs and playing their instruments lol. Very Hippy-like of them. And yes, people were actually getting free hugs from them.

More than fifty moms, dads, kids and grandparents braved the rain Wednesday to show their support for the Midwives of Centre Medical and Surgical Associates in State College, PA. The midwives, whose practice is being shut down by the board of CMSA so that they can hire more obstetricians, were celebrated with signs and balloons and a big shout of "thank you" when one of the midwives came out from her office. The H.U.G., or Humans United in Gratitude, was planned and sponsored by the State College Birth Policy Coalition and "birthcircle: stories of positive birth," two local birth activist groups that support the Midwifery Model of Care.
People who support midwives can write letters to both CMSA and Geisinger, in response to this situation.
