After coloring around the pinhole with the sharpie marker it's time to remove all the masking tape. Your pen painting should be darker than mine as the marker I used was not very dark.

Slide the aluminum disk around until the pinhole is centered in the 1/4" drill hole.

The adhesive should look like this when applied.

Round off the corners of the square so there are no sharp edges to cut yourself.

1 3/4 cup of flour

1/2 cup of sugar

1 pinch of salt

3 pinch of turmeric (curcuma)

mix dry ingedince well

1 egg

3/4 cup of butter, or whole fat margarine

( optional one spoon vanilla flavor)

kneed until dough is smooth. add tabelspoon of water if needed. form a roll and cut into 1 inch pieces. lay the cut side down on a lightly greased cookie sheet and squash them with a fork. bake at 350f for 8 to 12 minutes, or until golden. ( and smelling good)

The PVC pipe is schedule 40. This way the pipe will break before human bones.

After the dimple is sanded away a small hole should appear in the aluminum. Use the needle once more to gently round out the hole (both sides).
