Simmer your flour glue until it is a snot-like consistency. Let cool to bathwater temperature and then use. It works best when warm, so store leftover in the fridge and warm it back up in a saucepan when you need it again. Adding cloves or oil of cloves will keep it lasting longer.

- peel and chop up a butternut quash into chunks

- roast at 350 in glass pan with one chopped up sweet onion and one chopped up head of garlic, covered in 1 cup stock & one T olive oil

- Stir once during cooking

- Cook in 3-5 cups stock for 20 minutes on simmer

- Add 1 T butter (optional) & salt and pepper to taste

- Blend

- Serve with roasted walnuts and sharp cheese
