If you can't find flush mounts, Lowes (and probably Home Depot) offer a somewhat similar frame-hanging system that costs a little more. I bought two 7" sets which I attached to my headboard with wood screws and to the wall with concrete screws. We'll see how it works.

Situazione dei freni posteriori prima di iniziare l'operazione. Si puo' notare la staffa che non c'e' nei freni davanti e serve ad evitare che la ganascia si muova troppo in frenata.

- peel and chop up a butternut quash into chunks
- roast at 350 in glass pan with one chopped up sweet onion and one chopped up head of garlic, covered in 1 cup stock & one T olive oil
- Stir once during cooking
- Cook in 3-5 cups stock for 20 minutes on simmer
- Add 1 T butter (optional) & salt and pepper to taste
- Blend
- Serve with roasted walnuts and sharp cheese
Set the prints in a drying rack. The Gocco rack works best for postcards, but seems to work ok for lunch bags.
Una volta inseriti i nuovi freni, non sara' possibile metterli nel loro alloggiamento, a causa dello spessore diverso dei nuovi freni rispetto ai precedenti (dovuto al consumo). Bisogna quindi registrare di nuovo i freni. E' un'operazione semplice. Iniziare con l'allentare la vite di registrazione dei freni.

Ecco la staffa rimontata con i nuovi pads. In questo modo il movimento in avanti della ganascia dovuto ad una forte frenata e' vincolato dal telaio della bicicletta.

It's not a very good shot, but it illustrates how the diffuser fits onto the flash. See the photo next door for how I did it.
Despite all my clipping out, this is really not that time-consuming once you get your pattern down. I can do my whole head in about 10 minutes now, when I'm not filming a slipshod tutorial.

Fold again and carefully squeeze and press the resulting piece to narrow it. You will then pass it through the pasta maker (or roll out)again to produce a very long thin strip.
Using your tongs to hold the fabric circle (so as to not burn your fingers), place the circle at least 2 inches above the candle flame. The closer you get to the flame, the more likely it is to melt a hole in your fabric.
