You don' t even notice the old carpet and the cheap paneling with a view like that - it's even better from the deck.
Indoor photography can mean well exposed windows plus dark interiors or blown-out, all white windows and well exposed interiors. To capture the window and the interior, I exposed for the view out the window and set the on-camera flash to "forced on."
"guest room" in attic - almost banged my head on ceiling here. probably great for everyone else, tho.
We looked at this house a couple of weeks ago. The pros: Completely remodeled, hardwood, great living room and kitchen. Cons: Asking about $25,000 too much, all bedrooms on the same side of house, driveway had roots busting through asphalt, outside just looked like a brick trailer.

The cabinets are old, but still in good shape. The tile is spotless. You could eat off of every surface in this house. Someone has been watching "Sell This House" on HGTV.
Househunting. Normally I try not to include man-made structures in my nature photos. In this case I enjoyed watching this pair of Buebirds at Springton Manor County Park, diligently going around inspecting several of the nesting boxes. Mrs Bluebirds appeared to be very discriminating about her future house and in each case quickly flew off to the next nesting box after a very brief look inside.

Very contemporary, but I love love love the light here. Fabulous views into a cute and well-kept neighborhood. This is on the second floor (first floor is garage/storage) so it has a very light feel to it. I immediately felt at home here.
A pair of Jackdaws checking out a possible nest site in Weald Country Park. There were lots of Jackdaws all looking at any possible nest site.
