年に一度くらい無性に食べたくなって作ってしまいます。
いつもは合い挽き肉だけど今日は初めて牛肉100%に挑戦、表面を焼いてあとはオーブンで焼いてみました。ぱさぱさするのかと思ったらしっとりとふわふわに出来上がり、大満足!
ソースは缶詰のものに赤ワインを同量入れ、適当に色々な調味料を入れて煮込みます。
コクのある少し苦味のあるデミソースを目指して・・出来はまあまあ。

Rumor has it that Petrow's makes some pretty decent grub. Unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the supremely poor service that we received.
the first batch is on top. This is after I split the two shares of nummy sausage. We made garlic sausage, garlic cheese, and a wonderful combo that Angela has made before with figs and garlic and cilantro and garam marsala. OMG delish.
