Home Cooking w SlurpMyBowl - The Ramen Burger

Bacon-wrapped shrimp, polenta, arugula with red onions, Danish blue

Roasted king oyster mushrooms with miso garlic sake glaze and baked spicy bok choy

Coconut cream dahl, naan bread and Warm tomato-lemon salad with corriander and mustard seeds

Pork roast, lentil salad, parker house rolls, and polenta.

I ended up cooking it for 3.5 hours and this is how lovely and dark it got. The meat was falling off the bones, the sauce was action-packed from the fat back and cognac and pomegranate, the beans kept their shape.

Velveted chicken breast in mustard cream sauce and sautéed leeks; red cabbage braised in cider with apples and plump Thompson raisins

Small cookies with Nutella (a hazelnut-based sweet spread) in the center.

This burger is enhanced by: blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce and crispy bacon, Mmmm!

Gardein Spicy Hot "Wangs", mac & cheeze, and collard greens. Nice meal!
