Clear hexagonal crystal glass inside a blue plastic glass with water in both to transmit light. The water in the glass is actually clear.The larger blue glass sat on top of a small circular liqueur glass to allow light to be transmitted from below.

This is the pattern of the little hexagon pouch. You also can see the little tin I used before. Everything in there except for the yarn is now in my little hexpouch! :D
I have recently seen so many wonderful and inspiring hexagon quilts here that I wanted to try making those little hexagons, too. It was a lot of fun, but I think I'm not using those for a quilt just yet. :)

The camera was pointing toward SATURN at approximately 347,141 miles (558,670 kilometers) away, and the images were taken using the red, green and blue filters.

Noticed this patter on the ceiling of the Kennedy Center during the MLK Day celebration. Snapped the shot as I was told to power off the camera...oops!
This is the hexagon blanket I made my mom for Christmas. She loved it and it now has a place on our couch.

The hexagon blanket continues to grow. I still need to add to the width but I've established the top and the right side edges. As you can see, the quality of the pictures has greatly improved. I've got my talented daughter, the photog, to take care of the glamour shots for me.
This is the first blanket I made. I started playing with the yarn, doing spirals, and I finished making a lot of this strange hexagons... It's not my favourite one, but I'm very fond of it!!!
