HHRD distributed Food and Hygien items among the Syrian Refugees in Lebanon on 04/03/2013

Picture taken in Agona Swedru Ghana (Africa).

This picture shows all the people who are willing to help our helpless. We all could learn a lesson from them.

My friend Betsy was here for our Summer Solstice party last month.

She had fallen and broken her wrist and cracked her tailbone a few weeks before.

I applaude her for even making the trip and gave her a cushy spot inside to sleep.

She had a snag on her fingernail and having a cast on her wrist, and only one-handed, she couldn't fix it.

So our dear friend Tammy clipped and filed it for her.

...what are friends for. ♥

and thanks to my dear friend Rhonda for sending me this wonderful book.

Kinship With All Life ... great book, find it and read it !

I don't think any of my flickr friends want to see photos of humans interfering with wild animals. The truth is ... we've mucked up our planet to the extent that sometimes baby creatures need a helping hand. I've chosen only photos showing babies in caring, respectful situations; no plastic gloves ... no dirty cages ... onlly gentle helping hands sometimes necessary for survival itself.

Just the basics - for me

It was the first time Freddie played hook-a-duck. He had a little help.

This Red Admiral was so fresh I'm sure it's his birthday. I love it when butterflies let me give them a helping hand on a windy day.

Final course: helping hands!
