I met David Owen who was collecting for the Help the Heroes charity at the Steyning country fair. He saw my camera and asked if I wanted to take his photo. I was running late so could not have a longer chat with him, unfortunately.
I have had some really bad things happen to me over the past week, so I am diving head first into what I know best: my dolls. These dolls were supposed to have outfits made for them, but the person who was supposed to make them is out of my life. Any help would be appreciated! Please note I am on a very tight budget.
For this Aurora, I am looking for her peasant dress made by Mattel for this specific doll.

I am making a new moc. Of course its going to be a snow one. I need help on who should be fighting against each other. Should it be the Russian spetsnaz against the guy with the decal made from roaglaan the guy in the middle? or should they be fighting against the apoc scavengers?
My story is that the Russians are going to take over the world and the scavengers are trying to fight back.

Elymus salinus (Leymus salina) in the sagebrush steppe along Hwy 191 north of Helper, Utah, just across the Carbon County line in Duchesne County, Utah (near the east end of Emma Park Road). This area is dominated by Artemisia tridentata vaseyana (note the inflorescence arising from the top of each shrub), Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, Ericameria nauseosus, Tetradymia canescens, and the grasses Elymus salinus, Elymus elymoides, and Stipa hymenoides. Agropyron trachycaulum and Bromus inermis are common in the most disturbed areas such as roadsides. Bromus tectorum as absent from the sagebrush steppe of this area, which is expected for mountain big sagebrush steppe.
Regarding Elymus salinus, the lemma midribs not lined up with the short narrow subulate glumes, and the inflorescence spike has mostly one spikelet per node, which combined with rhizomatous but bunched growth habit are distinguishing of Elymus salinus.

Nichy Souffrent, treasurer of Veterans Without Orders, helps a local woman put together a Sawyer water filtration system at the Chosen Missions house in Leogane, Haiti, September 11, 2015. Veterans Without Orders is an all-veteran non-profit focused on providing clean drinking water and other humanitarian assistance projects to communities in need throughout the world. This first project is named in honor of U.S. Marine Corps Lance Corporal Hunter D. Hogan, he was killed in action in Helmand, Province, June 23, 2012. All projects by the VWO are named in honor of our fallen heroes so that their legacy may live on.
