Arachtober the 30th, not sure what this guy is, he was small less than 1/2 an inch, no web - just hanging out on the garage ceiling.
This was taken on lower Fairy Lake Road, Bridgers, outside Bozeman. I have been unable to figure out what it is. Buds at bottom of pic. Any ideas?

The decline of the bee population in the USA should be more alarming to the general public then it appears to be. Places such as the Cox Arboretum have taken care to provide the habitat bees need, however it is not nearly enough. This link to an article by Smithsonian highlights the seriousness of the problem!

You helped make our Tails of Independence Luncheon on May 2, 2017, a "pawsome" success.
Nearly 300 generous people joined Can Do Canines at the Golden Valley Country Club and contributions and pledges totaled almost $150,000. That's enough to train six new assistance dog teams! Thanks to all in attendance for their incredible support. We could not perform our life-changing work without you!

Couldn't help but getting a quick photo of these two stretching side-by-side during the pre-game. This photo was also used in the Blues fan gallery for the April 21, 2009 game.
Mustang Fuel Corporation helped spread holiday cheer during their annual Care and Share distribution Dec. 6 at Oakridge Ministries. The distribution, in partnership with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, helped to provide food to 155 families in the Anadarko area.
To help protect people, communities and farmland in the Fraser Valley’s Sumas Prairie from future flood events, the Barrowtown Pump Station in Abbotsford will receive significant flood-resilience upgrades.
“The November 2021 Sumas Prairie floods were catastrophic and also could have been much worse if the pump station had failed,” said Premier David Eby. “We know that we are going to see more frequent and severe weather events that threaten people’s homes, livelihoods and communities. Ensuring that the Barrowtown Pump Station is equipped and ready for the near term, while we do longer-term work on international agreements and modernization, is how we will keep people and this community safe for decades to come.”
The Barrowtown Pump Station is a critical piece of infrastructure to the Sumas Prairie’s flood-protection system. Originally opened in 1983, the pump station was built to pump water out of the low-lying prairie lands via the Sumas Canal and into the Fraser River but was nearly overwhelmed when flood waters breached the Sumas River dike during the atmospheric rivers of November 2021.
“The 2021 atmospheric river event was devastating to people in the Sumas Prairie and they deserve to know that action is being taken to protect them from a future event,” said Bowinn Ma, Minister of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness. “We have been working with communities on dike and infrastructure repairs to build resilience in the face of future flooding events, and these upgrades to the Barrowtown Pump Station are the next concrete action to help ensure the safety of people and B.C.’s vital farmland.”

Can anyone help me identify the little white and green flower? Dozens of them came up amongst my sunflowers, and no where else ~ as tho I had planted them there. I use them to accompany the sunflowers in vases, but have no idea where they came from or what they are. I planted 3 or 4 different varieties of sunflowers, but surely these can't be one of them, can they??
Everyone raves about how much better European coffee is. When it's served with cream filled chocolate cups, does any other coffee even stand a chance?
(Note: I agree that the coffee I've had in Europe is much better quality than that which is served in most of America, so you're welcome to leave your "American coffee sucks!!" cracks, but it's probably not something I haven't heard already nor something I'll disagree with.)
