I’m writing this and I apologize for any inconvenient words that might mess up my sentences. If you are an English teacher, please give me a failing grade, and I won’t even complain. I never learned how to write m y words correctly. I’m so bad with dealing all these words anyways. How do I get them from out of my head on to anything in order to remember them? I’m a small girl, I know. I’m a nineteen and a half year old small girl, who has as too many insecurities as you or more, but tries to forget about them. Just take in a deep breath Bailey, take in a breath of water and swim away. I’d drown in the air if I could. This place I live in is considered to be a town I look at it as a box with too many drunk drugged out people I don’t understand the reasoning of my presence in this box. The sides are getting soggy and tearing from those careless freaks. There’s these people I know, so many people now. Older and younger people I am surrounded by. They all expect me to fix their unhappiness. Am I the only one person in the box that can produce happiness without anyone else’s help? Do you think I’m out there searching for the answer the key to my own happiness? I’m walking around observing the faces on people picking them apart in all the best ways I can, I hate how so many people hate themselves. I get nothing in return from all the good I think of for you people. Maybe I have forgotten to do something with them thoughts, you people I’m sorry I’ve never told you what I love about you. I’d like to laugh at myself real quick. I love to find the things I love about you. I love all these people with too many problems. Why don’t you take a breath like me? Instead of puffing on that cigarette, you’re just asking for a way to make you feel more like a piece of dirt, and invent a new problem to complain about. If you want to be dirt, I’ll kick you just like I always do to dirty dirt. I’ll never like it. But anyways, I hope some of you can excuse me for being absent at times. Remember, my size so small and fragile… but have you seen my mind? I have to pay attention to what my mind is showing me some days, because some days it’s so overwhelming I can’t hear or see. Which makes it difficult to fix you people, I’m sorry. Call me selfish. I’m usually off discovering my world on my own. As much as I love returning the favor of a friendship I feel robbed in that category most of the times. It makes me want to leave, fly get the hell away from you people who I care so damn much about. I care so little about money it makes people stingy and this will never go away. I can’t worry about a number. I hate the word society because it reminds me of my father, always telling me what to do, but let me tell you I do not hate my father in anyway. Why can’t I just sit here and figure something out to do by myself? I’m not complaining about anything. I’m trying to get something out of my head that’s been loitering around for a little too long. I’ve been meeting these people who all hold an invisible sign across their faces. I read them and sit and think so hard about the words their signs say. I put together these puzzles. Only, never finishing the piece I’m too forgetful. I hate games, someone always has to lose. I realized how many people are digging a deep hole in a dark room, trying to fall in love. My hole is only a foot deep, and I quit digging… I can’t see in there. Maybe digging holes just aren’t for me. I collect your little cookies that you give to me through the small mouse hole of the transparent wall separating you from me. I’m observing every second I get holding it inside my mouth so my brain can get a better view. Eventually I’ll spit everything out. I just need to keep observing, tasting but staying behind this wall… I’ve been hurt before and denied I have a heart. I have everything you do, except everything I have is kept in a smaller box. I'm waiting but my mind is focused on other things, bigger things.

Na vijf jaar is onze hulp een andere uitdaging aangegaan. We hebben het nu een paar maanden samen geprobeerd, maar met onze werkzaamheden en alle leuke dingen die het leven zo te bieden heeft, hebben we vanmiddag besloten een "advertentie" te maken. Members of 4 Mechanised Brigade’s Brigade Reconnaissance Force (4 Bde BRF) took part in Exercise Jordan Express. The exercise in the south of Jordan was based in the desert and was intended to prepare the BRF in readiness for a future deployment to Afghanistan.
Over 120 troops took part in the exercise which lasted approximately 4 weeks and involved various Mission Specific Training (MST) in readiness for their deployment in 2010. The arduous and demanding exercise involved several range packages, mines awareness training, physical training, reconnaissance training and signals training, as well as more conventional infantry training.
4 Bde are based in Catterick, North Yorkshire, and are due to replace 11 Bde in March/April 2010 for Herrick 12. This will be 4 Bde’s first tour of Afghanistan, they will be lead by Brigade Commander Brigadier Richard Felton.
