HELP REQUIRED
By the spring of 1984 the pressure of a young family considerably curtailed my railway photography. Another aspect that also suffered was my record keeping of what I had actually taken and here is a case in point, a Agfacolour CT18 transparency of a Class 47 approaching Liverpool Street. The transparency mount has a date of February 1984 stamped on it so dating the shot to late 1983 or early 1984. The Class 47 has a Stratford “silver roof” and carries nameplates.
Any suggestions as to the identity of the Class 47 Gratefully received.

I got started on this tower yesterday, but I'm not sure what to do about it. The finished product will probably include the tower connected to the rest of a large castle in a large landscape. Anyway, I started on this tower, any suggestions on how I should finish it? Should I add a roof? If so, which color? Or should I add battlements? In that case how should I go about doing those? Should I add more to the outside of the tower? (I'm planning on finishing covering it in gray tiles, but maybe I should do something else? Anyway, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Anyway Have anybody else here that has successfully cut and applied Lego stickers to clone troopers and had problems with them staying on? They always slide around and come off is there a special way of putting them on that prevents this from happening?

I'm trying to build a M777'ish sorta thing and it's not working out well... This is the basic design I got so far, thanks to Magnus's Avenger for the basic design. I really don't like this as it looks like a smaller calibre field gun from WWII. Bleh. Ideas? Still in WIP version. I think I may have figured out a way to do forward 'legs'

Helper power is the norm in the mountains of central Pennsylvania on the Pittsburgh Line of Norfolk Southern. The view is from the top of Tunnel Hill. Ahead for this train is Horseshoe Curve outside of Altoona.
So a month or so ago the afghan eyes I have for Millie poked out her eyelashes. And thinking it would be easy to glue them back in I attempted to fix them, no luck. My hands tremble far too much apparently to handle such delicate work, and now she's stuck with no eyelashes.
So I figured maybe someone knows of a company that sells good quality blonde/light brown eyelashes, because getting new ones might make it slightly easier, seeing as how her old ones had been reused before.
Also, some general tips on applying eyelashes would be appreciated, I tried with tooth picks and such but no luck.
I bought this cutie today at a thrift store... but he needs names. I am open to exotic & different names or even classic names. I will pick one by Tuesday. Thank you all in advance! :)

One of the Helena manned helper sets for use on Mullan Pass are cut in to 5258's coal train for the long slog up the 2.2% grade, seen east of Austin, MT. This set comprised of SD70ACe's No's 4315, 4318, 4311 & 4303. 29 April 2023.
