6.3.07 - What's more Southern than fried chicken on a Sunday afternoon? This was one of the random "Dinner Tonight" recipes on Cookinglight.com that I normally wouldn't have considered but I had half a cup of LF buttermilk to use up and figured this was worth a shot.
