Egg cupcakes using this recipe: everydaypaleo.com/2010/03/24/egg-cupcakes/
I made some of my own modifications including using vegetarian bacon and sauteed peppers and onions. They hold up well in the refrigerator and I like them with lots of hot sauce (Cholula!)
Overall, I probably wouldn't make them again simply because I don't like eggs very much and don't like to eat them very often. If you're an egg lover, you'll definitely enjoy these.
How to make a refreshing raspberry and blueberry herbal iced tea, flavored with fresh mint and citrus. High in vitamin C and flavor, great for serving on a hot day. You can use any of your favorite tea combination's just remember the ratio of 1 cup of water to 1 tea bag and you can make as many combination's and amounts as you like. Adding fresh mint and citrus will take this iced tea over the top. Adding some green tea bags will boost the antioxidant count in this delicious beverage.

Imagine my surprise when the latest edition of the Healthy Cooking Taste of Home magazine showed up in my mailbox... my recipe for asparagus and mushrooms that I wrote for a (taste-winning) Copper Chef competition back in 2009 was back in the spotlight! Mom was so proud - and now shes craving it again!

Organic Anjou pears delicately poached in a red wine, orange and ginger liquid then reduced to make a tasteful sauce to drizzle over the pears. A splendid desert to serve with sorbet or ice cream. Stellar Organics makes a Cabernet Sauvignon that is paired well ( some pun intended) with this dish. If you can’t find an organic red wine any cabernet will work just remember that cooking with wine doesn’t mean drinking too much while cooking.

Exotic fruits of pineapple, mango and papaya layered between mint and gingered whip cream. A perfect after diner treat packed with enzymes and high in vitamins A and C. Removing the skin from pineapples, mangoes and papayas can be difficult if your knife is not sharp. Always make sure you are using a sharp blade and cutting away from yourself towards the cutting board when skinning these large fruits.

This isn't the prettiest looking grilled chicken but it's so good we need to eat it every couple of weeks. What we like best about it (besides eating it) is that it requires no marination period.
This recipe is for one pound of chicken (we usually make more than that). It’ll feed two to three of you depending on how big you are and how much you like it.
For the full recipe:
