While the pork chop meat is boiling I will cook the 2Lbs of bacon. I use chop sticks because it's easier to move the slices around and I can single them out if I want, plus they don't scratch up the teflon on the fry pan.

The meat is boiling, the bacon is frying. I took out a few slices of bacon and put it on a plate. I will cut them up into smaller pieces later and add them to the soup. Animal fat has lots of vitimins and is an essential ingredient, if you want to eat healthy meals.
