Great program from MHealthy with easy to make and great to eat recipes. They are healthy too! Great job by the chefs - I did not get their names - as they showed how to make Mixed Herb Bean Salad, Peach Blueberry Crisp and Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Pesto.

The meat is boiling, the bacon is frying. I took out a few slices of bacon and put it on a plate. I will cut them up into smaller pieces later and add them to the soup. Animal fat has lots of vitimins and is an essential ingredient, if you want to eat healthy meals.

If you can’t find all the colors of potatoes don’t worry it only adds to the effect.What ever color you use these chips will taste great and please that craving for crunch. Using a salad spinner will help remove most of the moisture before they go into the deep fryer.

Roil and boil, trouble and toil...oh, sorry. Sounds like I'm making some kind of witches brew, but I'm not a witch...my mom is, but I'm not. Anyway, the pork chops are about done cooking and I will drain it.
