James and I are having a spirited debate (TO THE DEATH!!!!!!) about tripods and night photography...or something like that. In his "honor," here's a fireworks photo I took without a tripod.

Handheld D5000...converging lines of trains-portation

Son is doing media at school so I took him out to shoot some lightning tonight and he pinched my tripod :). Hence the title for this as I messed around with 5 sec exposures off a fence post

My car was in the shop for a couple days - so I had a rental while it was being worked on. The smallest thing the rental place had was this HUGE Truck. I'm used to driving a Honda civic, and was really uncomfortable driving anything this big. And the gas milage! sheesh!
