Stitched up for my mother's birthday earlier this month. Background fabric is Love Letter by Hoffman.
Forgive the glare from the frame - too much of a pain to remove it.
Actual frame did not photograph well, so I replaced it with a digital frame.

This kit includes many items ready to be placed on an autumn nature table or to be used by a child for dramatic/imaginary play. Either way, it's a great way to celebrate the beautiful fall season:

*~*~*~*~*~* 1 Orange and Yellow Woven Heart Basket *~*~*~*~*~*
Recognized as a traditional Scandinavian Christmas decoration (but usually made with paper) this woven-heart basket is made of 100% plant-dyed wool felt in lovely autumn colors.
This item is hand-woven, and then hand-embroidered using the blanket stitch around the edges. The hanger/handle is made from 100% cotton yarn in yellow and orange.
One idea to display the basket is to collect some branches and place them in a vase on your nature table. Hang the woven basket and other fall items from the branches for a nice autumn display.
The heart measures 3 3/4" x 3 1/2" (not including the yarn hanger/handle).

These leaves are made with 100% wool felt and hand-embroidered with cotton embroidery floss. The leaves range in size from 4" x 4" to 2 3/4" x 3 1/4".

This little orange gnome is made with 100% plant-dyed wool felt. Stuffed with all-natural sheep wool, it measures 2 1/4" x 1".

These three acorns were made with acorn caps found on our farm. The "acorns" are hand-dyed needle-felted sheep wool in 3 different colors.

What is a Nature Table?
A nature table may combine natural materials that bring the outdoors inside as well as include handmade items that fit with the theme (e.g., wildlife, gnomes, fairies).
The table is to help create a reverence for nature for the children of the house...though they are quite inspirational for adults as well.
I hand embroidered these little ornaments. I used french knots to create snowflakes. This is for an ornament swap.
This flower bed hoop art is hand embroidered entirely with my flower bed design in 5 inch wooden hoop by using DMC embroidery threads on medium-weight cotton fabric from Japan.
This work is the first in a series of "Remnants", which were all inspired by very old, heavily patched and stitched textiles, (such as certain types of boro and utilitarian quilts) and the old, worn and weathered rural structures that surround where I live.
I found this great vintage tablecloth and decided to put this happy creamer on it. I think I may add more to the tablecloth as I go. I just fell in love with the cloth and I am not a big fan of pink. The only issue is, is that is barely fits a card table..oops.

An Owl, Chickadee, Butterfly, Rabbit and Squirrel are all done up in 1970s Autumn colors!
This cutie-pie is 15" square including the fringe. It's all neatly stitched in woolen floss over golden linen. Chocolate Brown cotton pin-wale cordoroy on the back.
It's is nice condition.
This bed is dressed with a batted silk bedspread in a delicate shade of cream and dripping with layers of lace. The roses and rosebuds on the bedspread are hand embroidered using custom dyed silk ribbons. The same roses and rosebuds are embroidered on the insets in the headboard and footboard of the bed as well as on the pillows. The matching dressed vanity bench pulls the whole room together.
