Small Group Weekly Challenge: Hands / Feet

This is a skeleton hand that I bought. It is meant to be used to portray a skeleton coming out of the ground but I used it here to hold some sweets. I also used a spider web and spiders underneath the hand.

The whole thing is lit by two tea lights as I thought the lighting would suit and it gives of some nice soft lighting too.

The Hand of Justice is a Space Police mecha that has an extra melee 'flick' attack available to the pilot by bracing itself on it's other four legs, as well as conventional laser and stun powered weapons. This bonus makes it a great addition to raids on rogue bases and space pirate camps where it can flick it's way to victory!

The goats were raised in human care and are naturally friendly. Here, Jasper may be wondering whether the woman will feed him or pet him. Either option is good!

I suck at taking good pictures of my face so here's one of my hand.

Random 34-second stop-motion (all photos are SOOC) from when my drama class got our scripts yesterday. :) I'm so excited for this play. SO excited.

This is NOT the stop-motion I did with Sarah last weekend.

I'm kind of addicted to stop-motions by now... Heh.

Listen to the whole song here. It's so incredible.

Mil perdões. Sumi!

Prometo! Por enquanto, me perdoem a ausência...

=(

Ok just about caught up with last weeks photos just in time to start this weeks lol.

I have spent the last couple of days seeing how little work I can get away with doing in respect of my presentation. Basically I hadn't shaved since Sunday afternoon eight hours before this photo was taken. yesterday I decided to see if I could just use a little concealer and powder to make myself look ok ish. No photos of the results but I can say apart from a little stubble the result wasn't bad, I would have opened the door to the postman how I looked so not bad after 29 hours of having a shave.

Tonight I succumbed to the blade and once again I experimented with how little makeup I could get away with. I might post a photo to show the results

Oh dear....sorry about that title, but I just couldn't resist. 💖😜

Just highlighting the marvelous job Daisy does on her nails. It's a case of the student eclipsing the Mistress. I've never been particularly talented with nail polish. So of course, I make her do mine now. 😘💖

I started with a sketch on paper and then placed it on top of a canvas (from the £ shop). Then I pricked over the design with a pin. I used the holes to backstitch over the design in black and added fabric scraps for pops of colour.

Setup & process: Flash bounced of ceiling right of camera. Crop from a much larger picture that turned out mediocre. Boosted contrast & saturation, then reduced green saturation by 75%.

Overall, I'm really happy with the way this photo turned out. I took the shot in front of a dumpster I found. I ended up getting lucky with a break in the rain which allowed for me to shoot with a cloudy sky. This is a composite of 8 images. Editing was not extremely difficult, but it did take a considerable amount of time for this photo.

This photo fits my concentration very well. There is a strong sense of emotion conveyed with my pose and the hands reaching out at me. This is a very moody style and the cloudy atmosphere really helped with this.

it wasn't in the best focus:P and it was quite hard to write with my left hand D: i did the best i could i guess hah. i saw something like this in a photo a while ago. idr where, but i liked it and wanted to do it c:

While taking photos of a sunset, this cloud window opened and formed this image that looks like a great hand catching something, or setting it free.

I still need to clean out my cuts, but separating the fingers adds so much more personality to these MTM hands. I still need to do her other hand, and six other pairs of hands… But it’s a start.
