A fashionable young lady posing aboard a classic timber sailing yacht. She is wearing dark coveralls, a silk headscarf, brogue-type shoes, and woollen socks. A huge wooden rigging block can be seen on the right-hand side of the photo.

I started with a sketch on paper and then placed it on top of a canvas (from the £ shop). Then I pricked over the design with a pin. I used the holes to backstitch over the design in black and added fabric scraps for pops of colour.

Aurora gave me the longest scratch ever severing my tattoo string. then as i was riding home my spatial awareness failed smashing my knuckles against a parked car mirror.
