Uthman bin 'Affan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said, "The best amongst you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it." [Al-Bukhari]. - وعن عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه" ((رواه البخاري)). Hadith Nabi Saw: "Dermawan itu merupakan suatu pohon yang akarnya di syurga dan dahan-dahannya menurun ke dunia. Maka barangsiapa yang berpegang kepadanya akan ditarik ke syurga. Kedekut (kikir) itu pohon yang asalnya di dalam neraka sedang dahan-dahannya menurun ke dunia. Maka barangsiapa yang berpegang kepadanya akan ditarik ke neraka.(Aishah r.anha)
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) saying, "There is a Surah in the Qur'an which contains thirty Ayat which kept interceding for a man until his sins are forgiven. This Surah is 'Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion.' (Surat Al-Mulk 67)." [At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud]. وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال :" من القرآن سورة ثلاثون آية شفعت لرجل حتى غفرت له ،وهي: تبارك الذي بيده الملك ". 'Imran bin Husain (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said, "Shyness does not bring anything except good." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. In a narration of Muslim: Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said, "All of shyness is good." وعن عمران بن حصين، رضي الله عنهما، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “ الحياء لا يأتى إلا بخير” ((متفق عليه)) . وفي رواية لمسلم” "الحياءه خير كله”أوقال: “الحياء كله خير".
Narrated `Abdullah: We used to pray behind the Prophet (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and used to say: "As-Salamu 'Al-Allah. The Prophet (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said, "Allah himself is As-Salam (Name of Allah), so you should say: 'at-Tahiyatu lil-laihi was- sala-watu wattaiyibatu, as-sallamu 'Alasia aiyuha-n-nabiyyu wa rahrmatu-l-lahi wa barak-atuhu, As-salamu 'alaina wa 'ala 'ibaldi-l-lahi as-salihin. Ashhadu an la ilaha il-lallah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan `Abduhu wa rasuluhu."' حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا شَقِيقُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَقُولُ السَّلاَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ السَّلاَمُ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ، السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ".
