A Beautiful Hadith ...
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: 'When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased.
When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, 'He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise '.
Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief.'
When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: 'On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.'

Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Research and Studies Center (www.madina2013.com) organised an exhibition on the life of the Prophet [pbuh] in Ramadaan 2016 outside Al Masjid An Nawawi. The purpose was to highlight the Prophet’s [pbuh] life, wisdom, characteristics, relationships, mission for Islam and an outline of the series of events during his birth and death. The exhibition comprised banners displaying authentic hadith, calligraphy and made use of installation arts using architectural material to take the audience through a virtual tour in the Prophet’s [pbuh] lifetime.

A hadith from Sahih al-Bukhari, chapter: Knowledge: Sahih al-Bukhari, Knowledge Book 3, Hadith 64 Narrated 'Sa`id bin Jubair: I said to Ibn `Abbas, "Nauf-Al-Bakali claims that Moses (the companion of Khadir) was not the Moses of Bani Israel but he was another Moses." Ibn `Abbas remarked that the enemy of Allah (Nauf) was a liar. Narrated Ubai bin Ka`b: The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Once the Prophet (pbuh) Moses stood up and addressed Bani Israel. He was asked, "Who is the most learned man amongst the people. He said, "I am the most learned." Allah admonished Moses as he did not attribute absolute knowledge to Him (Allah). So Allah inspired to him "At the junction of the two seas there is a slave amongst my slaves who is more learned than you." Moses said, "O my Lord! How can I meet him?" Allah said: Take a fish in a large basket (and proceed) and you will find him at the place where you will lose the fish. So Moses set out along with his (servant) boy, Yusha` bin Noon and carried a fish in a large basket till they reached a rock, where they laid their heads (i.e. lay down) and slept. The fish came out of the basket and it took its way into the sea as in a tunnel. So it was an amazing thing for both Moses and his (servant) boy. They proceeded for the rest of that night and the following day. When the day broke, Moses said to his (servant) boy: "Bring us our early meal. No doubt, we have suffered much fatigue in this journey." Moses did not get tired till he passed the place about which he was told. There the (servant) boy told Moses, "Do you remember when we betook ourselves to the rock, I indeed forgot the fish." Moses remarked, "That is what we have been seeking. So they went back retracing their footsteps, till they reached the rock. There they saw a man covered with a garment (or covering himself with his own garment). Moses greeted him. Al-Khadir replied saying, "How do people greet each other in your land?" Moses said, "I am Moses." He asked, "The Moses of Bani Israel?" Moses replied in the affirmative and added, "May I follow you so that you teach me of that knowledge which you have been taught." Al-Khadir replied, "Verily! It is narrated in a #Hadith, "The woman who asks her husband for a #divorce without cause, the scent of #Paradise is forbidden to her". (Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadis 1190, vol. 2, pg. 402)

ANAS SAID: THE APOSTLE OF ALLAH (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) WAS ONE OF THE BEST OF MEN IN CHARACTER. ONE DAY HE SENT ME TO DO SOMETHING, AND I SAID: I SWEAR BY ALLAH THAT I WILL NOT GO. BUT IN MY HEART I FELT THAT I SHOULD GO TO DO WHAT THE PROPHET OF ALLAH (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) HAD COMMANDED ME; SO I WENT OUT AND CAME UPON SOME BOYS WHO WERE PLAYING IN THE STREET. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE APOSTLE OF ALLAH (MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM) WHO HAD COME UP BEHIND CAUGHT ME BY THE BACK OF THE NECK, AND WHEN I LOOKED AT HIM HE WAS LAUGHING. HE SAID: GO WHERE I ORDERED YOU, LITTLE ANAS. I REPLIED : YES, I AM GOING, APOSTLE OF ALLAH! ANAS SAID: I SWEAR BY ALLAH, I SERVED HIM FOR SEVEN OR NINE YEARS, AND HE NEVER SAID TO ME ABOUT A THING WHICH I HAD DONE: WHY DID YOU DO SUCH AND SUCH? NOR ABOUT A THING WHICH I LEFT: WHY DID NOT DO SUCH AND SUCH? حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الشَّعِيرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمَّارٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ - قَالَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ أَحْسَنِ النَّاسِ خُلُقًا فَأَرْسَلَنِي يَوْمًا لِحَاجَةٍ فَقُلْتُ وَاللَّهِ لاَ أَذْهَبُ . وَفِي نَفْسِي أَنْ أَذْهَبَ لِمَا أَمَرَنِي بِهِ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ فَخَرَجْتُ حَتَّى أَمُرَّ عَلَى صِبْيَانٍ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ فِي السُّوقِ فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَابِضٌ بِقَفَاىَ مِنْ وَرَائِي فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ يَضْحَكُ فَقَالَ " يَا أُنَيْسُ اذْهَبْ حَيْثُ أَمَرْتُكَ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ أَنَا أَذْهَبُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ أَنَسٌ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ خَدَمْتُهُ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ أَوْ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ مَا عَلِمْتُ قَالَ لِشَىْءٍ صَنَعْتُ لِمَ فَعَلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا . وَلاَ لِشَىْءٍ تَرَكْتُ هَلاَّ فَعَلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا . Hadith :
Abu Hurairah r.a berkata, Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang maksudnya: “ Sesiapa bersedekah seberat biji kurma dari usaha yang baik, dan tidak naik (sampai) kepada Allah melainkan yang baik, maka sesungguhnya Allah menyambutnya dengan tangan kanan-Nya. Kemudian Allah memelihara sedekah itu untuk pemiliknya, sebagaimana seorang kamu memelihara anak-anak kudanya sehingga menjadilah sedekah itu setinggi gunung.”
