A mix of prints and scans.
This duck is extremely endangered in Hawaii. This was taken on Oahu where they were reintroduced from stock from other islands. Unfortunately they crossed with Mallards so this pair may be hybrids but there markings and coloration is near identical to the pure Hawaiian. A DNA test would tell for sure.

"Magic-Motion" by Vari-Vue created (when tilted) the appearance of a moving image.

Kīlauea is a volcano in the Hawaiian Islands, and one of five shield volcanoes that together form the island of Hawaiʻi. Kīlauea means "spewing" or "much spreading" in the Hawaiian language, referring to its frequent outpouring of lava. The Puʻu ʻŌʻō cone has been continuously erupting in the eastern rift zone since 1983, making it the longest rift-zone eruption of the last 200 years. Thirty-five eruptions have taken place since 1952, not including the current episode. Lava less than 1000 years old covers 90% of Kīlauea,[3] and the volume of erupted material is large enough to pave a road around the world three times.

Buildings on the Waterfront - Honolulu, Hawaii.
When the waterfront buildings of Waikiki, including the twin towers of Hawaii Prince Hotel seen here on the left, start to glimmer over its harbors and beaches, that means the bustling night life has just got started.

A Hawaiian sunset in the beautiful island of Maui at Kāʻanapali shores looking in the distance towards Lānaʻi on the left and Moloka'i on the right
I have been to the North Shore several times over the years but either I went during wrong time of the year or wrong time of the day, I did not see perfect "Pipe wave" and really good surfers. This time I was in Hawaii, I caught the 2011 Hawaiian Pipemasters event and watched top surfers from around the world challenging breathtaking waves. This one was taken at sunset, after trying to focus on the surfers, I took this one to capture the "Pipe", which gained its name right here at this location.
This surfer successfully conquered the 'Pipe' and came through.

I have the impression that this delicious doll is under-rated. Alas for her, she lives in the shadow of the Superstar Hawaiian Barbie.
She is beautiful and a unique use of the Steffie mold.
She is wearing a best buy fashion from 1977 no.9967 that I utterly adore!
