I havent posted a houseplant photo in forever. Today my number is 4. My oldest started 4th grade this morning and my littlest turned 4 this morning too. It just so happened that I am growing a 4 leaved false shamrock too. Hope everyone has a great Thursday, ill catch up with everyone this evening!

Got lucky with the local barny today.Havent seen them at all this year,but this male went down,and came up with this water shrew and flew straight past me..

hi am sorry i havent been on much to catch up with your work i have been stuck down with this flue and having a really bad time as some of you know i have crones decease and its taking a toll on my body so havent really been doing much photography

i managed to pop out for a hour to stretch my legs wasn't a good idea so i mite not be on much so will pop on from time to time to catch up thanks for looking paul

I havent been active in SL in over a few months due to Rl stuff. I still dont have quite the amount of time avaliable to be in SL often again right now. But i was logged on yesterday and took some snapshots and did a quick bit of drawing today :)

Because I havent posted in weeks or hardly shot anything digitally. Ive been shooting a ton of film. I mowed these down the other day :D

Havent posted a water over rocks seascape shot for a while, captured last week at Currumbin , a fave haunt of many a SEQ sea scaper.

Never been a fan of those kind of eyes and bottom lashes :S but if there is one thing i love, its a slightly open sultry mouth! :P

Shes probs going to be my newest doll until the FR2s get released nothing really wowed me at the unveiling, but they sure where gorgeous!

While i haven't taken a shot of a RHTT working so far this year i've decided to re upload a couple of shots from 2011.

A pair of Harry Needle class 20's in two tone grey were used during the first week of the North Wales RHTT in 2011. I am not sure the reason for this as NR class 97's took over the following week.

Stars really are my first love in photography and it dawned on me recently that I havent even shot a startrail with my Camera since I upgraded it over a year ago. I used to use an external intervalometer which is no longer needed and I can also switch long term noise reduction off with this model so i wanted to test it out with these new features. It was -2 in the garden with not a breath of wind.... once the camera was setup I went back inside the house and left it to work away. I stay in a registered dark sky area so the stars were bright and plentiful..... so bright in fact that this was shot at ISO 400. I was quite pleased with the results, Now that I know the camera can handle startrailing with even more ease than my old one, who knows what creative foreground compositions I will find.

havent had photoshop for about a month, and must admit that i have missed it more than i had thought... so, just playing with the settings and with the italian shots - will be doing the scenic shots through out the week... just getting all artistic just now.... :)

I havent been down to see the cherry blossoms for a couple of years so went down this past Friday. Peak bloom is Monday, but I will be tied up. However, even though early there were lots of blossoms..and of course, lots of people!

I havent seen this before.... Looks like it burst forth from the trunk of this tropical plant.....

I havent been on SL in days. Dont plan on returning any time soon so I have spent my time getting lost in all sorts of games. Finally got to taste BDO. Very photo friendly game. Still prefer BnS.

Taken near Ingleton from my Yorkshire trip, i still havent been through many of my pics from some of my trips at all! Not the cleanest of images the contrast was so weird in this pic! Also not used to converting to Black and white so any tips welcome :)

I sat at this site for most of the day waiting for the right lighting to give the shot a little extra after reading 'Transient light' by Ian Cameron. A really good book i would definitely recommend for some inspiration.

Planning another trip now! :) Going from West to north Wales, Through the Lake district and then probably the West coast of Scotland up :) So any tips on places to go much appreciated especially for Scotland.

Now I thought after my last couple of posts being A. not that Healthy and B, not good for those dieting I would go for something healthier today.

Well lets be honest I resorted to doing a shot in my lightbox as I didnt get a bowl shot when we went out today , but this is fruit from our fridge and a lot healthier than bacon and eggs.

I am sure if I had taken more time I could have got this a lot better but just got home a short while ago and the evening is ticking on so did this quickly

We went for a walk to our local Mall today to pick up a few things and then decided to go and catch a movie, we decided on seeing 2012 which i wont say antyhing about to for those that havent seen it but I thought it was a good movie well worth watching
