The 'Blue Swimmer' sand crab has a very nasty nip with his claw. This one doesn't seem so dangerous at this magnification!

Crazy Tuesday group theme for Oct. 21 is "handle with care." I offer you a still life with alcohol and a surrendered car key fob.

These stainless steel steak knives are extremely sharp and really have to be handled with care, especially when doing the washing up.

I was cooking Thai Fish soup last night and as I put on the medical gloves I realised these ingredients were something I was treating with care.

Chilli for obvious reasons, turmeric because fresh turmeric gives a lot of juice when grated and it stains everything it touches.

For 122 Pictures in 2022 #39 "Handle with care", this is an alligator along the "Big Slough" auto trail in the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, south of Houston, Texas. This trail is a narrow road with a number of stops looping into the refuge. Many species of birds call the refuge home, along with a number of migratory species. We estimated the alligator's length at 12 - 14 feet (in the vicinity of 4 meters). He was far enough away for safety but we did not venture far from the car. They are much more interested in birds anyway.

Tiny wild mushrooms found in the deep forest near the St. Joe River in Idaho. They are easily broken and very fragile!
