Laundry detergent pods. For the Macro Mondays group. Topic: Handle with care. These little detergent pods are quite fragile and squish easily. They are convenient but must be kept out of the reach of children because the look very much like candy. HMM!
Moving can become expensive! Inspired by Macro Monday's theme "Handle with Care", I captured a very real recent cost using my old, but well-loved Waterman rollerball pen.
Also, thanks to last week's theme to test the sweet spot of a lens, I used an aperture of f/9 rather than my usual f/2.8 or f/3.8.

An excellent theme that can be done at home.
Have a pleasant day, stay at home and thank you for visiting.

Sugar...
Added sugar is the single worst ingredient in the modern diet.
It can have harmful effects on metabolism and contribute to all sorts of diseases.

I'm not very happy with the result, but the message has to be said.
This sugar crystal's size is 1*0.5mm, the picture is cropped halve it's size.

Deze mooie bloem blijkt zeer giftig te zijn.
This beautiful flower turns out to be very poisonous, so handle with care.

Macro Mondays - Handle With Care
This is my comment on how we are treating our planet, destroying it and not handling it with care that it deserves! This is how it will look in few decades/centuries/hours!
Just kidding! This is an egg! But please, handle it with care!

A broken light bulb switched on produces very pretty flames for a second or two. This is something I have wanted to try for ages. I thought it was perfect for this weeks macro monday as being electricity you have to handle with care and handling broken glass too!! HMM all :)
Handle with care!
Probably worth pointing out that this is a scuba diver’s tool, *not* a weapon: its tip is squared and blunt, useful for prying; the line cutter on the bottom and the sharp edges are a lifesaving defense against entanglements.
Arkon getting his box fix! We will be moving again this year, to a senior's building, so gathering boxes again!
Macro Mondays - Handle With Care (maneggiare con cura) ovvero la delicatezza con cui il ragno tesse la tela
HMM to all my Friends....

aka grape hyacinth.
A delicate flower deserves delicate handling, so I'm submitting this to the Macro Mondays theme: "Handle With Care".
I decided to use a POV that I have never seen before--underneath a cracked egg. The cracked egg was placed in a clear plastic tray and photographed from underneath the tray while I held a red plastic cutting mat above the egg. You can see the red mat where the Albumen/egg white was thin and transparent. For the record, this egg wasn't photographed in Australia--although I have always been a big fan of Australian accents! :)
(Macro Mondays theme: Handle With Care) HMM!
A sprig of holly with masses of berries this year which I expect will all be gone by the upcoming festive season.
Image made & posted in response to the Macro Mondays' group theme "Handle With Care".
HMM to all in the group.
At most sewing machines at the industry there are no guard for the fingers.
This photo was made at the Photokina 2016, while women have shown how to sew the bags for iPads and Lapptopps. It looked really dangerous!
For patients having chronic diseases that require drugs daily, the danger of these needles is far more comprehensive than just the risk of unintended damage of the skin... if you miscalculate the dosing you can end up in real trouble... and chronic means you will need the drug for the rest of your life, not just for a period of time... so we know we need to handle with care...
Crazy Tuesday theme: “HANDLE WITH CARE”
