We went with the Colorplan range from GF Smith, a lovely, flecky, tactile stock. At 540gsm, it's quite a heavy weight but it feels great in the hand.

Our Tactix Business Cards!
3.5 x 2 thick plastic with a notch. Sticker is printed with a dull varnish on everything except the word "tactix" which has gloss varnish and is also embossed.

I was always as interested in the whole typographic internal layout as doing a smart cover design. Its not really graphic design until you can control the design of the whole publication.
