A storm was brewing but never showed, unreal sunset tonight

The Proud Lion Meets the Black Lion. From 2000 - 2002 I was one of the Black Lions of VF-213, turning wrenches on (among others) the F-14D Tomcat behind me on display at the National Musuem of Naval Aviation. From 2010 - 2012 I was one of the Proud Lions aboard USS Ponce (LPD 15). The Lions have met; I brought the Quarterdeck flags and two pieces of well deck from Ponce to my old F-14 at the museum. The Lions have finally met. USS Ponce was in commission from 1971 - 2017. (Nathanael Miller, 22 Nov. 2017)

These tears I've cried more moments gone to waste I've searched for you I've said it every other way

Iceland, a Nordic island nation, is defined by its dramatic landscape with volcanoes, geysers, hot springs and lava fields. Massive glaciers are protected in Vatnajökull and Snæfellsjökull national parks. Most of the population lives in the capital, Reykjavik, which runs on geothermal power and is home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. Iceland is it the most sparsely populated country in Europe.

It’s a blue Monday kind of day and they say it’s the most depressing day of the year I dunno ‍♂️ why it’s only -35°C with the wind chill, stay warm Toronto

winter is also the time for nurturing our faith realizing good deeds and believing in better future

maybe you have to know the darkness before you can appreciate the light

the parts of graffiti I like are really antagonizing still it's not something that a museum would really embrace

did you ever wonder if the person in the puddle is real and you're just a reflection of him

Captain Tony's Saloon. Built originally in 1852, it was an ice house that doubled as the morgue. Later Sloppy Joe's occupied this building until moving to their current location in 1938. The building was expanded (the wing on your left) and built around that tree you see--the old Key West Hanging Tree (no joke). (Nathanael Miller, 26 July 2017)
