On May 27 2006, while on a Business Trip to Jupiter, Florida, I visited the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, Florida. Out in back of the Flagler Kenan Pavilion, I found this Tree with Tangled Roots.

Ficus rubiginosa 28 metres tall, Kurnell NSW. Likely to be a planted tree. Just about the largest I've seen of this species. Just to the side of this tree is a creek, where water was taken by the the crew of the Endeavour, on April 28th, 1770.

Hoh Rain Forest is the northernmost rain forest in the world, with amazing formations of moss hanging from gigantic spruce trees. The richness of different greens is stunning and well worth going the long way around the Olympic Peninsula.

I tried a first time vertical panorama shot with my IPhone 7S here just south of the Botanic Gardens Bookshop at the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney on September 17th 2017.
This is indeed a monster tree for this species and is being managed by gardens horticulture staff to keep Armillaria sp. or Honey Fungus at bay, always a problem in popular Botanic Gardens such as Sydney.

The Largest Sitka Spruce Tree in the United States, though I heard of some controversy involving another sitka on the Olympic Peninsula which is taller but not as wide. This is not even the base of the tree which is protected by a raised platform I'm standing on.
This tree is 56 feet in circumference and 206 feet tall. It's estimated to be over 750 years old.
Look at how tiny the trees in the background seem! I couldn't do the "arm out in front" shot for this. I actually used the timer which I rarely do.
The purple fringing is outta control on this shot. I'm saving for a digital SLR.

This tree is near the main pond close to the cafe and is also a big tree. There are several others of almost equivalent size in SBG's.
