Geranium 'Brookside', early June. A hybrid of G. pratense x G. clarkei ‘Kashmir Purple’ found in the experimental beds in Cambridge University Botanic Garden in the late 1970s. Intense blue flowers with white centres from May to July and September onwards. Named after a street in Cambridge.
called after my grandfather . Thanks to Erwin Platteau , who gave me this plant (back) , because it was probably one of the seedlings I gave him 10 years ago. A whole story , but it is a wonderfull plant , rambling 2 metres in other plants and shrubs. A very special colour with the darker eye and the veins.

One of our many Ivy Geraniums. A great low maintenance, easy to grow plant. Fairly draught tolerant and survives neglect pretty well. Also a great container or hanging basket plant.

Der Braune Storchschnabel (Geranium phaeum) ist eine Pflanzenart aus der Familie der Storchschnabelgewächse. Sie ist heimisch im Präalpin, mittlerweile jedoch bis nach Südschweden als Neophyt verwildert eingebürgert. Sie wächst bevorzugt an schattigen und oft feuchten Waldsäumen, an Gebüschrändern und in Parks.
