Some new controllers to add to the growing collection.
I personally have fond memories of the Nintendo Advantage Joystick controller. It was huge, had a bunch of buttons and a built in "cheat" slow motion activator. I can't tell you how many times I used that slow motion function while playing Captain Skyhawk.

I got tagged by Angie ^___^
Here's the details/rules step by step:
- Your picture must somehow be music related. Wether it's you holding up a drawing of a music note or something more creative.
- List atleast 5 bands/artists. You can do more if you'd like. Make sure to link the band to it's myspace, purevolume, itunes page or even imeem.
- Pick atleast 5 people to tag and do the same. You can choose more.
- Join and add your picture to the group pool Music Tag Game so other people can view your bands and your music related picture as well as you can view theirs.
Note: These aren't my top 5 favorite artists ... I chose them randomly from the winamp playlist in front of me. I don't really have a favorite artist. (I'm too lazy to search for their official pages, so I'll be linking my favorite songs by the artist on youtube or yahoo video XD)
1. UVERworld: My cousin's favorite band. I love Takuya's voice
Koishikute (I love this song!)
2. Yui: Her music is so relaxing
Tomorrow's Way (the song that made me a Yui fan, she's so cute. Plus the video features Kanata Hongo, haha)
3. Eminence Orchestra: They're amazing!! I just found them on youtube. I love how they play anime and game music!
Pirates of the Caribbean theme (Only 3 members from the orchestra perform here, but it's still amazing! Which should give you an idea of how awesome they are~)
4. KAT-TUN: haha, Japanese boyband XD
Rescue (one of my favorite videos of them because it has limited "gay" dancing, haha)
5. Nobuo Uematsu: best video game composer ever!!! Main reason why I think Final Fantasy's awesome! He's also the reason why I continued to play the piano even after quitting my lessons. I wanted to learn all his songs~
To Zanarkand (one of my favorite songs to play on the piano ... it's so relaxing! This is the orchestra version though)
I'm tagging Brinks, Kris, Ralph, Liza, and Karrie
EXPLORE~
Thank you!!

Some call it "Boxes", "Squares" "Dots" or even "Paddocks" but in my family we always called it "The Dot Game". A simple game that could be played with just a piece of paper and a pen.
Make a grid of dots, any dimension. Players take turns drawing horizontal and vertical lines connecting the dots. When you add the 4th side to a "box" you win ownership of that box and have to move again. We wrote down the first letter of our name to denote ownership. The game ends when all the dots have been connected and then you tally the totals to determine a winner. This game is great for kids and we even teach it in my kindergarten classroom. There is a great deal of strategy that can go into the play, but it is very simple and easy to learn.
Elliot (5 years old) and I played a few games with pen and paper the other day in the backyard. The next day he asked to play again. We made a "sketch" version out of Lego using a 32x32 baseplate, 1x1 round bricks for the dots. 1x4 bricks for the lines, and 2x2 round bricks for the markers. It was great fun! But we noticed some areas that could be improved - mainly that the dot kept falling off or being jostled when the "lines" were placed.
I went to bed that night thinking how the board could be improved. The key element in the build is the Support 1 x 1 x 6 Solid Pillar. The 6 brick depth of the element makes it possible for the "lines" to be easily placed and removed while the dots stay still.
Elliot and I worked together to build this. I designed modules for him to build and he replicated them in mass. He particularly liked making the 4x4 squares for the top surface and the drawers. We have lots of fun playing the game and he loves showing it off to his friends. Maybe this will be the first in a series of Lego board games for us? Let us know what game we might tackle next!
Next month sees Compass throw in the towel and give up running from the mid-Sussex towns into Brighton after just six months. The battle being roundly won by Metrobus after four and a half years of competition which began in September 2012 when they extended their 270 East Grinstead to Haywards Heath service through to Burgess Hill and Brighton in competition with Countryliner. If it was a move to try and see off Countryliner, it wouldn’t have been necessary, as just days later Countryliner went bust anyway. The majority of their mid-Sussex work was taken on, however, by Heritage who used ‘theSussexBus’ name for their new bus operating arm and appeared unphased at competing with the Go-Ahead Group.
At one time Heritage ran three buses an hour to Brighton across their routes 33, 40 and 40X. When Metrobus won the NHS contract for the 40X, Heritage continued it commercially, meaning there were five buses an hour for a while (33, 40, 40X and Metrobus’s 40X and 270). Later Metrobus combined the 40X with other routes, running the 270 hourly and a 271 or 272 alternately every hour. Heritage truncated the 33 to Hurstpierpoint on weekdays. In October 2016, Heritage sold all their routes to Compass, who quickly cancelled the 40X and the 33 extension to Brighton on Saturdays. Now the 40 itself is going. Metrobus is already promising some enhancements across the 270, 271 and 272 from the end of April… it remains to be seen what they are.
A dreary, wet and foggy day at the tail end of 2016, sees Compass Bus YJ05 PXA, one of two former Konectbus DAF DB250s with Wrightbus Gemini bodywork, nearing the end of its journey from Brighton to Cuckfield. Yes, a former Go-Ahead bus competing with Go-Ahead owned Metrobus!

Seeing this photo, I can see what appeals to the gamer. It's the whole vista. I only use this game to take photos of the cars.
With no one to pass it on to, I'm sadly organizing my huge baseball card collection for sale. Hundreds of thousands of cards that date back before I was born. Some over fifty years old. I was a personal collector which is almost nonexistent these days And it will be hard to sell my fond memories to people who only care about the cards' monetary value.
