Here is the complete 1981 merchandising guide. It contains color and vinyl selections, interior cloth and leather choices, option compatibility and recommendations, as well as technical and demographic information as they pertain to each model.
Some scans of the vinyl/leather/cloth choices are a little blurred, as my scanner could not work with the non flat surface of the page. They also tried a centerfold of each series in this guide which didn't really work out as far as scanning with a standard size device. Enjoy!
And we're back! The girls continue to work on the crafts as the camera zooms in on the leader, highlighting the important role she plays in helping the girls achieve Girl Greatness.
Local Guide (Sin) chats up and smarms a couple of waitresses in a travelling salesman's hotel in the provinces of North Korea. And just don't those ladies look delighted?

There was some problems apparently with vandelism at these "stations" (which was also the excuse given to leave the lights on for the last few months of non-operation).

Day 2, our first Sunday on the island and the sun shines bright. We are confident enough to pick and mix from our bus map and our walking guide, so we make up our own itinerary: Bus no. 86 to Mdina, a walk round Mdina including coffee with a view from Fontanella Tea Gardens, then a stroll out of Rabat to Buskett Gardens (a popular Sunday picnic place), and on to Dingli cliffs. We started early so we were in time to get a late lunch at Bobbyland (another popular spot, Maltese people like to go out for Sunday lunch). After lunch, a postprandial stroll into Dingli and home in time for a pre-dinner read courtesy of buses 81 and 86.
The man on the plinth near the bus stop in Dingli is the novelist and playwright Francis Ebejer.
I tried to use my telescope in a polar-aligned configuration, using a photo tripod. That means an approximate alignment with an equally approximate tracking, but at least, the crosshairs would stay a good minute on a particular crater before drifting. Considering my cheap setup, I'm quite happy with the result. Tracking speed was set to "Lunar", obviously.
I'm still struggling with some focus issues (or maybe it's the practical resolving power limit for a sensor that small ?) but I think it's my best moon shot so far. Check the EXIF for more info - except for focal length, which I forgot to set, it's still 1250 mm at prime focus.

A substantial guide book issued by the Skye Transport Company of Portree on the Isle of that name in Scotland and that advertises their motor bus services and island tours. It is bolstered by text by a "Mr. Mackinnon" who is referred to in the Foreword by T. Ratcliffe Barnett.
As well as photographs there are adverts for local concerns and services. The guide was produced by the Glasgow based John Menzies company who, as well as being major newsagents, were publishers of various guides and handbooks for a variety of clients. The guide is not dated but I have seen it referred to as being issued in 1939; a tourist season that was, of course, to be cut short. This double page shows the Weekdays bus services on the island, including the railway conenctions from Inverness to Kyle, and the five tours the company operated. This includes a picture of one of the bus fleet, No. 15., registered ST 8165, and demonstrating that vehicle size on the island was restricted. The company's office and garage in Wentworth Street, Portree, also acted as a commercial garage and petrol station.
The Skye Transport Company had its origins in 1927 and by 1930 the company was a subsidiary of the Inverness based Highland Transport Company who withdrew from Skye in 1935 selling the concern back to the original owners. They sold the concern to the Scottish Cooperative Wholesale Society in 1946 (who also owned Smith's of Barrhead at the time) but business became increasingly scarce; in 1958 they announced they were withdrawing and after some discussion with the Traffic Commissioners the business and bus fleet passed to MacBraynes.
Aerial view from a sea plane of Louisiana's marshlands are full of man made waterways cut into the marsh by oil and gas companies. The wetlands are threatened by the B.P oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. Migratory birds pass through the wetlands and much of America's seafood comes from the region. The oil which has been leaking since April 20, 2010, may have catastrophic effects on the environment that was already threatened by coastal erosion.
