This is the boule recipe I just posted last night.

All we did was put it in a loaf pan to rise in the refrigerator overnight. Pulled it out to slowly come to temperature for about 45 minutes. Baked it at 400° for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature registered 180°.
Bread. It's really beautiful sandwich bread.

another healthy alternative for me. a pancake made with organic white spelt flour, inside some goat's cheese, avocado and tomato. yummm.

Not pictured but in the kitchen: almond flour, buckwheat flour, chestnut flour, corn flour, teff flour, and the multitude of different rices (long, medium, short, aborio, black, red, wild "rice", etc)

PS. People have been emailing asking what type of containers I am using. I purchased Lock & Lock airtight (and flip over/crash-bang proof!) tubs from our local Asian Market. (They are MUCH MUCH cheaper there.)
This is the first take. But I think it's pretty close.
This was such a lovely treat. The biscuit is soft with a bit of flakiness. I like soft biscuits for shortcake.
