i have been super busy in the jewellery making department, so much so that my flickr stream has been somewhat neglected, no time to be out and about snapping.

i am also doing one more pre-christmas show at fabrica, brighton, it's next weekend on the 12th and 13th december, it's a fashion fair and there will be lots of fun stuff check out my blog for more details.

OK, I look sort of demented here, but I am in actuality totally STOKED. Craige offered to grab some stuff for me at the Asian market when she went to get ingredients for her homemade pad thai. I asked (nicely, of course) for sansho powder for ma po tofu and for szchewuan peppercorns. She found the sansho powder, but not the peppercorns.
Instead she filled my box with all kinds of lovely Asian treats!! I was having sort of a rotten day, but once I opened that box and saw all the fun stuff inside, my day went from so-so to fantabulous. Thanks, Craige!
lest you get the wrong impression with what I've been posting I thought I would show you what I am dealing with with most of the negatives I've been scanning. This is (was) a frame of Kodak Ektar 125. I can't really tell what it is (was) a picture of, as now it is nothing but emulsion in bloom (ahhh, spring is in the air... :P) but if you'd like to use it for a texture feel free.
