Outarde kori
Ardeotis kori - Kori Bustard

Remains of a building that looks like it could have been a grocery store that is falling apart and has been vacant long enough that the person who people go to for town history was unsure about its history.
Night, near full moon, 180 second exposure, handheld light producing device set to orange, green and some white on the front of the building.

Colorplan Ebony 540gsm
Black foiling, overlaid with white foiling
85mm x 55mm
Quantity: 1,000

We went with the Colorplan range from GF Smith, a lovely, flecky, tactile stock. At 540gsm, it's quite a heavy weight but it feels great in the hand.
The front of the Batmobile is really the main part that was changed between this model and the previous version. I was rather fond of my original concept for the Batmobile about having a battering ram mounted to the front of the Batmobile but people often remarked upon how it looked rather bulky. As such, I decided to tweak it and had the added bonus of making it look somewhat like the head of a bat in the process.
Probably the other most notable addition is the two mounted canons on the front of the Batmobile. At first I was a tad hesitant to put any form of weaponry on the front of the vehicle but decided to add them more because I struggled to believe that Batman wouldn't have his Batmobile unprepared for every situation. As such, the front canons are intended to fire a variety of equipment from rubber bullets to grapples and tow cables in the event of a car chase or incase he needs to winch a vehicle to safety.
The canons also have 50 calibre ammunition in case he needs to incapacitate a vehicle or clear the path of obstacles that might damage the Batmobile if the car was to hit them head on.
A lovely stay in a location that honors First Responders. No, it’s not a 5 star lodge, but it’s nice with kind, proactive, and attentive employees working in a clean and well unkept environment.
This is a front door that reminded me of Ireland and England where front doors were the most photographed item for tourists.

The "front yard" of an old homestead in rural Idaho. This was a large home for it's time and I bet has lots of ranch stories to tell.
Union Pacific’s MDVRO freight between Denver’s North Yard and Salt Lake City’s Roper Yard passes over Blue Mountain Road west of Clay, Colorado, on September 23, 1999. Four EMD’s from the two predecessors of this scenic route power the train. Rio Grande SD40T-2 No. 5384 leads three speed-lettered Southern Pacific locomotives; SD40M-2 No. 8641, GP40R No. 7965 and SD40T-2 No. 8496. Directly above the second locomotive at the horizon, downtown Denver faintly stands out among the great plains to the east. I miss Rio Grande,… and the SP!
Here's a quick shot of the hallway, as you come through the front door.
I can almost hear my Mother in the kitchen making dinner.
Being a low income family back then, we had very little furniture, so this is a fairly accurate recreation of what the house looked like.
From floor to ceiling, it's 4 inches.
