It was around 7:30 am he was standing there staring at the sea, so i went near him and asked permission to take his picture he smiled and posed for it, later he said about the accident which happened in the beach the previous day where two guys were drowned and how the rescue helicopter found the body of one guy and about the missing status of the second body etc etc..we spoke for more than half n hour about so many things under the sky i also liked the conversation or the communication which was happening..later i said good bye but couldn't get his name as I though it will be awkward to ask someones name who is deaf and hard hearing ...kind of... i dint want him to express his name through action. so let me call him "FRIEND"
I made this card during Linda's Scramble last Saturday afternoon (it was going to be my first scramble), however, after starting over three times, it took me the full 90 minutes to complete my card. Unfortunately, I didn't get my card photographed and uploaded to the gallery in the time frame. I'm amazed by all of the beautiful cards created that afternoon, thanks for sharing. I'm still looking forward to participating in my first scramble soon.

My first family portrait session. A friend of mine was kind enough to hire me. Their little girl is just too cute!
This is Manna. She is my best friend.
I've known her since 1986 and, though I moved a few times, we always kept in touch.
Every day we talked over the phone. About ourselves, our lives, our kids, the movies to see, the books to read.
Together we watched soccer games.. while on the phone.
We didn't see each other often. She didn't like to travel by train and I was always busy with my children and work. But whenever I could I'd go and visit her.
And when I came into her house, we went on talking where we left of the day before.. just if it was normal to see each other.
So special.
And then, one day, she became ill.
After a few attempts she refused further treatment. It wasn't to cure her, but gain a few weeks or so.
On august 1, 2016 she closed her eyes for ever.
I miss her dearly
