I needed to get some fresh air today, so I decided to go for a walk along the southbank of the Thames, from London Bridge down to Westminster - it's 15 minutes from home, and is a good 2-hour stroll, if I take it slow...
Much to my surprise, and delight, Borough Market was open - at least in part, and I managed to get a few good shots, of which this is the best.

Salvelinus is a member of the Salmoninae subfamily of the Salmonidae family.
Squid swim in their final “home”, the fish tank of one of the restaurants lining the road along Haevich Beach, in Pyoseon-myeon, Jeju island, South Korea.
According to "I-Medicine Sutra" Chives is great for the Vitality of human, especially for man.
The dish here is chilli; giner, garlic, red onion were grounded 1st. Fish fillet use here is the fresh Cabezon. I fried the fish separately & then put on top of the Chives after frying chives.

Interior de la lonja de Moraira en pleno proceso de colocación de los "ranchos" (lotes de pescado) sobre la mesa para ser subastados. El proceso de subasta se realiza de la forma más tradicional, en valenciano y a la baja, pudiendo pujar cualquiera de los presentes entre el público. Constituye un auténtico e interesante atractivo turístico que brinda, además, la posibilidad de degustar un exquisito pescado fresco.

También he de agradecerle su sugerencia de utilizar un ISO 800, gracias a la cual me fue posible obtener esta fotografía, pues acudía a la lonja desprovisto de flash externo.
Siempre es una agradable experiencia encontrar buenos compañeros de afición y compartir con ellos gratos momentos.

Salvelinus is a member of the Salmoninae subfamily of the Salmonidae family.
Yesterday, I was driving through Red Wing Minnesota. I spoke with a few photographers who told me that there was a large amount of bald eagles sighted around Lake City Minnesota.
Now here's my problem, I hadn't planned on being in Red Wing so I hadn't brought my wildlife lenses with. My wife and I drove 15 miles south and were treated to an amazing wildlife show. We watched the eagles fish and land in the trees to eat their catches.
I snapped a few photos knowing I didn't have the proper setup just to see if I was going to be able to salvage anything. Wrong lens, terrible lighting = lousy pics
This photo has been heavily cropped and all of the color removed from it. I like how it turned out, it almost gives a "demonic" look to the eagle and the fish is his "next victim"
Moral of this story! Always carry ALL of your camera gear with you, you never know what you might find
Walking through the fish market in Bergen this beautifully arranged platter caught my eye. A great variety of freshly caught fish were available for purchase along with tubes of caviar!
After getting up early and catching the action at the Tsukiji fish markets, I headed into the local Sushi bar for some breakfast.
When I ordered the "Fresh Jack Mackerel and Head" I expected it to be fresh, but not to the extent that the guy was still gasping for air every few minutes! Doubt I'll have Sushi that fresh ever again!
