West Palm Beach has welcomed an exciting new culinary destination with the grand opening of Estiatorio Milos. Legendary chef and restaurateur Costas Spiliadis introduced his iconic Greek dining experience to the city on February 7th, 2025
Another tropical Milos, sister restaurant to Milos Miami, and featuring an unsurpassed indoor and outdoor setting within a lush, garden environment. Fresh fish will arrive daily from the Mediterranean, complemented by stone crabs and delicacies from local fishermen in the Florida Keys. Among the sunniest of Milos restaurants, with stylish seating overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach Island. You might think you’re dining beside the Aegean Sea, except on a very clear day, when the magnificent shores of Florida come into view.
Estiatorio Milos in West Palm Beach has two floors. The restaurant is located in the beautiful One Flagler building and features a two-story space for its dining areas, bar, and terrace.
Features: The space includes an open-plan dining area, a bar, and an upstairs intimate space, connected by a floating staircase.

Darren our local Fishmonger along with Steve offer their excellent fish on street stalls in St Albans, Hoddesdon, Waltham Cross, Ware and Hertford. They once worked together but now they work in various places during the week. Darren the feature of this picture works St Albans Saturday, Ware Tuesday and Hertford Friday. Darren is almost out of view because he is filleting fish for his customers. While the customers wait for Darren to complete filleting their purchase they enjoy a conversation.
