Class 66 number 66 705 brings a train of empty coal hoppers through Barnetby headed for the Immingham terminals. The train would have originated at one of the Trent Valley, (or perhaps Drax), power stations, no doubt.
This particular loco, operated by GB Railfreight, was built in March 2001 at London, Ontario (Canada), and has been named Golden Jubilee.
Incidentally, I am mildly irritated by my own phraseology in my choice of title: why "freight" and not "goods"? When did "goods trains" become "freight trains" in the UK?
