Maybe I disscet the subject matter too much but that is the passion I have. Last Christmas I gave my all, my passion for the truth of the matters I see daily, as the photo represents the world is actually black and white, it is digital,yes or no, there is no room for grey, Pulling the mask of the illusion with keys of truth, I stay fixed on a true course north and level.
I thought it was so nice that I would like to show the two books again from a distant viewpoint ...

Taken for ODC theme "cap". Working on some still life photography this am and thought this lipstick cap would work for the theme. Also for 7DWF "free theme" Trying to catch up on all the themes etc today.
Curious Iguana on the windowsill (This is Florida!). Sony a6000 w/Minolta 50mm F1.7 lens and EA4 adapter. I couldn't believe it when I saw the creature peering into my room... on a third floor!

That's our yard in the back and it's still snowing.
Back in 1884, Beimen, the North Gate used to be the main gate of Taipei. A friend told me that a lot of old things are fading away into history, and another friend has been keeping records of this city, Taipei's old buildings for years. A lot of my memories took place in Taipei. I guess it still takes me some short trips to keep records of the little corners and spots in the city.

我對這個城市還有這很多記憶的角落還沒回去看過，北門是其中之一，台北郵局、博愛路... 慢慢造訪紀錄吧!

The woodland walks at Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire are heady with the scent of wild garlic at the moment. Spring at its most magnificent!

The cold blue bokeh is in front of the blue bottle. The warm orange bokeh is behind the bottle. The background is made with an orange umbrella. The droplets are inside this tinny bottle, so we see them from behind, that's why they seem to be a little bit flat :)

The laughing dove (Spilopelia senegalensis) is a small pigeon that is a resident breeder in Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent. This small long-tailed dove is found in dry scrub and semi-desert habitats where pairs can often be seen feeding on the ground. A rufous and black chequered necklace gives it a distinctive pattern and is also easily distinguished from other doves by its call. Other names include palm dove and Senegal dove while in India the name of the little brown dove is often used. It was introduced in Western Australia and has established itself in the wild around Perth and Fremantle.
I am still in stack mode from yesterdays Smile on Saturday theme. This was my second choice. They were tasty. :-)

Macro Mondays: Topic: Rust.
This is a macro photograph of a rusty bolt
used to tighten up a scaffolding fitting, it may look big but it's under 3" long!
It has been rusting away for over 10 long years out in the open at the top of my garden!
