My Edwardian Free Spirit's new home :-) I moved them and their pets into my china cabinet.

Today I decided to go Bohemian. A gypsy with free style. It takes a free-spirited and romantic state of mind to be an Haute Boho!

Being a fashion designer is so awesome, sometime I made my outfit a day before I want to wear it. I made this plaid skirt yesterday and wore it to Church this morning for Christmas mass. When I got home, I was feeling like dancing... My Christmas Day just went like that and this...Very relaxing and fun...

Contact me if you would like to purchase this plaid skirt. Available in different solid colors, prints, and patterns.

(I did not bring my iPad to Church today, so proud of myself :) )

Merry Christmas 🎄

And Happy New Year 🎊

This is a custom quilt that I finished today for Rose. I was asked by the mother of Rose to make a custom quilt with fabric pieces from clothing etc. that she has send me. Most block centers are a special memory with some other special fabric beside it. The other fabric that I used is from Erin McMorris, Weekends and kona cotton snow. Hoping that it will arrive in time for her birthday!

I love how this could be anywhere. All that space for copy, makes this a great shot for my new pattern cover.

Minerva waiting for clothing. She is the mother of Istanbul and Samarkand, the SteamPunk Free Spirits. She looks rather young, but this was before she left for Africa, and she married the professor when she was only 17.

My son came over with his bike to show off the modifications he made to it. Fun bike to photograpgh. #Aprilia #motorcycle

Here is the as-is condition of the bike after I pulled it out of the storage barn. I'm guessing that one of my sons was the last to ride it, based on the low position of the seat. That would mean it was probably at least fifteen years since it was ridden, likely more like twenty.

Wig cap stitched onto the head, and the hair for the center part has been hooked into a chain the runs from the center front to the center back. A few strands are left to hook into the wig cap at the side, which helps the braids to stay in place.
