This rose is almost impossible to photograph. We have several other "red" roses, but this one emits red at some exotic wavelength that is difficult for a camera to capture.

H. 'Fragrant Fire' is of course fragrant. I like the long "shoe sole" shape of the leaf, like big Louisiana oysters.

This is a sweet smelling deciduous Azalea. It has a fragrance like Honeysuckle. I always look forward to the blooms.

H. 'Fragrant Queen'

"Rhus aromatica"

I could spend hours taking photos of the individual rugosa flowers. Hundreds of blooms on each bush.

This is a sort of shrubby vine growing along a path on the Pangani forest Trail in Disney's Animal Kingdom. i think it's jasmine.

One of seven Orchid species photographed within one hour on Box Hill estate

I don't know its name. It seems to be new here--one bush with both white and lavender flowers. The fragrance is something like that of the gardenia.
