Mclaren 5nhp traction engine No. 1642 (BE 8739) and 1925 Fowler roller No. 16519 (BW 9211) "Bonzo" at the pub during the Lymm boxing day road run.

This was one of my late grandads pictures.

 

53807 was built in in 1914, withdrawn in 1964 and cut up in 1965.

 

Location is identified as Bath Green Park.

Check out this Fowler's toad spotted at Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge in Iowa. These toads can be found in woodlands, prairie and fields. They’ll even burrow to escape the heat!

Dating from 1960 and bult by John Fowler of Leeds, 0-6-0DH No.6 (4240010) is pictured in the yard at Marley Hill, on the Tanfield Railway, on June 1st 2014.

Home to another, probably unrelated, Fowler theater in the '20s.

East Lancs Rly. Oct 2007. Ex LMS 0-6-0T No 47324 heads a freight train bound for Bury. Built in 1926 by the North British Locomotive Company in Glasgow these engines were given the nickname 'Jinty's' and were found throughout the LMS system.

We left home Thursday evening driving to Selma for dinner. As we drove through Fowler we saw this family walking this large dog. He was carrying his "rawhide" and looked like he was enjoying the walk. Couldn't let this one get by so stopped for a picture. Open shade and fill flash.
