My first attempt at Kite Ariel Photography. I put together a servo-beak kit from Brooxes and a Pentax Optio W60. Kim and I went out to Gas Works Park on North Lake union for the maiden flight. Not much wind, but we got the kite and camera into the air, and captured a few shots.

I did get the 3 big Tumuli in a single shot: v, iv and vii. Taken at the apex of the flight of the HQ flowform 2.0 in 12-15mph wind speed at 55m AGL. A fairly rough ride for the camera but the bright light helped a lot.
