A Flash is a water-filled hollow formed by subsidence.

Pennington Flash is a 70-hectare (170-acre) lake created at the turn of the 20th century by coal mining subsidence, mainly from Bickershaw Colliery. Before the flash the area contained two farms, both of which were abandoned in the early 1900s due to flooding.

During the 1960s and 1970s the idea to convert the flash for recreation was emerging and the country park was opened in 1981.

The track in front of the car was once the trackbed of the London and North Western Railway's Westleigh Line.

A geocaching flash mob event happened in the freeeeezing cold. My good geocaching buddies Chuck and Carol are in featured in this pic. Chuck is in the center, his wife Carol to the right. Fun, fun, fun. Husband and kid stayed in the warm car... LOL

The Flash

When King Shark escapes from an A.R.G.U.S. holding tank, Lyla and Diggle travel to Central City to warn The Flash. King Shark shows up at the West house and attacks Joe, Iris, Wally and Barry

So...I was not expecting Zoom to be Jay Garrick. Not at all, I thought it was either down to Henry or Wally, different versions of them, but I had only thought it would be one of them. There's a lot of math required in putting all of the pieces together. There's a lot to digest.

I thought the man in the iron mask might have been Jay, like some older version of him or something. When he was communicating with Barry and spelling out J-A-Y, I figured he was talking about himself. I was curious, why wouldn't he just point at himself or tap his chest to indicate he's referring to himself? Well, because apparently, he wasn't. He was telling them that Zoom was Jay Garrick. But thinking about it now...is Jay under that iron mask? Surely, they can't be finished with him...Zoom/Jay is gonna die, I'm sure...but that would mean no more Jay Garrick...unless he's under the iron mask?

I don't know! This whole thing is confusing. I was expecting Zoom to reveal himself at the end of "Escape From Earth 2." I have been watching and enjoying this show, but this episode made me want to write about it. Because this, obviously, is a very big turning point in this season. So was Wells working with Earth-2 Jay, and witnessed him become Zoom? I'm so confused, I'm counting three different versions of Jay...if my math is correct. And it'll take a while for me to unravel all of this.

The final fight scene between Flash and King Shark was very cool and the CG was pretty good, for the most part. Wally West really needs to stop being such an asshole.
